DODGE BALL!!

Red Ball = 7 Burpees
Purple Ball = 7 V-Ups
Green Ball 7 Box Jumps 24/20″
Orange Ball = 30 DU’s

Between Each Round both teams must perform

1 Round
10 Hand Release Push Ups
20 Sit Ups
30 Mountain Climbers

AT HOME WOD
5 Rounds
20 Lunge steps
20 squats
10 Sit Ups
10 Burpees

Reminder:
NO 4:30 or 5:30pm classes.
NO 9:00am Saturday.
