Patrick Hallock is a native Tulsan and graduate from Oklahoma State University, who has been passionate about sports and fitness his entire life. Much of his leadership abilities and training style was developed in the United States Army. He was a Sergeant in a Cavalry Troop in the 82nd Airborne Division. Much of his former fitness regiment consisted of traditional weight training and competitive sports. He was introduced to CrossFit the sport of fitness and dramatically changed his prespective and thinking on what fitness really is. The same drive and motivation that carried him through his military career is the fuel that drives his constant pursuit for fitness and helping others acheive their own fitness and personal goals.

Brian Hughes – Coach
Brian Hughes is a Coach at Cross Fit Vital. He is the Philadelphia Kid, plays the theme song from Rocky in his head on repeat, and eats oatmeal and lighting for breakfast. He was introduced to Cross Fit back east in 2010, received his Level 1 certificate, and has been teaching since the summer of 2013. Brian believes that the best gyms are the ones with the best communities and the best athletes are the ones with the most positive attitudes. In his epically large life Brian competes in triathlons and road races, favoring the sprint and half Ironman distances and dreams of going to the Olympics. Since growing up with race horses Brian has speed, power, and awesomeness in his blood. Brian comes ready to motive, liberate, saturate, propagate, appreciate, celebrate, and anything else that helps max out your workout and get you into the fast lane.
