Patrick Hallock-Owner/Coach

Patrick Hallock is a native Tulsan and graduate from Oklahoma State University, who has been passionate about sports and fitness his entire life. Much of his leadership abilities and training style was developed in the United States Army. He was a Sergeant in a Cavalry Troop in the 82nd Airborne Division.  Much of his former fitness regiment consisted of traditional weight training and competitive sports.  He was introduced to CrossFit the sport of fitness and dramatically changed his prespective and thinking on what fitness really is.   The same drive and motivation that carried him through his military career is the fuel that drives his constant pursuit for fitness and helping others acheive their own fitness and personal goals.

Luke Deadlift

 

Luke Seeley grew up in Glenpool, OK and attended Southwestern University where he was an All American collegiate Football player.
Luke then spent three years post graduation traveling overseas to Italy, Austria, and Denmark to play professional American football.
He suffered a career ending knee injury his final season in Denmark. Luke’s twin brother Daniel decided to open a CrossFit box
and that is where Luke’s journey began. Luke moved to Austin, took classes for nearly a year, then started
coaching at Combine Strength and Conditioning in July of 2011.
In late 2012 Luke moved to Chicago where he coached CrossFit and also took up a passion for Concept II rowing.
In 2013 Luke decided to come back south to Oklahoma and found CrossFit Vital as his new home. It took CrossFit to help Luke lose almost 50 pounds
while also finding inspiration and physical activity once again. Luke has a knack for coaching and teaching, from
high school kids to beginners who have never heard of a power clean. He hates burpees but loves seeing someone’s
life change through CrossFit as his did. His philosophy is if he can do it, so can you.
