Regardless of a person’s past athletic experience or current level of fitness, everyone who comes to CrossFit Vital is provided with the opportunity to learn about basic techniques, terminology, warm ups, and exercises. We have a focus on coaching every movement and every member to ensure all are achieving their greatest potential in a safe manner.
