CrossFit is a core strength & conditioning program that delivers a fitness that is by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Elements of track & field, gymnastics, weightlifting, and strongman are combined in short intense daily workouts to maximize results for any individual. CrossFit teaches functional movement patterns, or, movements that you find in real life -pushing, pulling, squatting, jumping, throwing, carrying, and sprinting.
Athletes, we all live busy lives. Some of us have heavy work loads, while others are supporting families and some are studying their tails off. Use the time in the Box to forget about the stressors that seem to hover over us, especially this time of year. View the time in the Box as yours, so make that time count down to the last second.
Please start bringing your donations to the Box for Youth Services of Tulsa. New or gently used athletic wear, coats, sports related items, or whatever you think a teenager would enjoy for Christmas. Let’s make this a priority over the next few weeks to make this a VERY successful effort.
