Getting Started

Regardless of a person’s past athletic experience or current level of fitness, everyone who comes to CrossFit Vital is provided with the opportunity to learn about basic techniques, terminology, warm ups, and exercises. We have a focus on coaching every movement and every member to ensure all are achieving their greatest potential in a safe manner.

Coaches

With an understanding of the mechanics of the body and a commitment to helping others achieve their personal fitness or athletic goals, our coaches look forward to helping every CrossFit Vital athlete excel.

We at CrossFit Vital are committed to training as CrossFit is defined as constantly varied functional movements performed at relatively high intensity.
